The sale of an article comes about after acceptance of an order and confirmation by e-mail.

Guarantee

On the articles delivered by us you get one year warranty. The warranty does not apply to wear parts such as wheels and tires, unless they become defective (broken) by normal use.

The warranty only applies to defects caused by normal use.

Payment

The customer can pay Co & Co bv in three ways, namely:

- pay in advance via ideal As soon as the payment is received the articles ordered by you will be sent within 5-7 days.

- Prepay via banking, Once payment is received the items you ordered will be sent within 5-7 days.

- Payment upon pickup

The prices listed on the website are in Euro, including VAT and excluding shipping costs.

Delivery

The delivery time of the parts is about 5-7 days. The packages will be sent by Myparcel, postnl or DPD. Delivery is at the customer's own risk on the day after the items are sent by Co & Co. .

For wrong deliveries we ask you to contact us so we can still be of service.

If unexpectedly items, for whatever reason, have a delivery time longer than 14 days, this will be communicated by e-mail.  If the delivery time is longer than 30 days, the customer has the right to cancel the agreement without giving notice. No costs will be charged for this.

Shipping

For transport within the Netherlands , Germany and Belgium we charge shipping costs. The shipping costs are variable from € 3.10 to € 10.- Before confirming the order you will see the costs.

For shipping to Belgium or Germany is € 8.

The delivery time is about 5-7 days

Returns

After receipt of the articles ordered by the customer, the customer has the right to return the ordered articles, or a part thereof, without giving reasons, within 7 working days after the date of receipt. This is only possible if you send an e-mail in advance to pim@coandco.nl After receipt of the return shipment, the order amount will be refunded to the bank / giro account of the customer. Any shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed with Co & Co.

Upon return, the items must arrive at Co&Co in their original packaging and intact.

 Offers

All offers mentioned in our online store and elsewhere are valid while supplies last.

Termination

Co & Co can terminate an order or refuse a customer without reason. This will be communicated to the customer by e-mail.

Liability

Co & Co is not responsible for errors on the website which might inadvertently communicate an incorrect selling price. If this occurs the price will be adjusted.

The contract is subject to Dutch law. Co & Co is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the products. In case of dispute, the customer is requested to turn to Co & Co in order to reach a mutual agreement.
