Co & Co Lab B.V. (located at Vlijtseweg 228, 7317AN Apeldoorn) takes great care to ensure the correct and secure processing of privacy-sensitive data. This website complies with the requirements of the European GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) (effective May 25, 2018). In the Netherlands, this law is known as the AVG (Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming).
Furthermore, this website complies with the current “Cookie Law” (Telecommunications Act, Article 11.7a). The Cookie Law will eventually be replaced by the e-Privacy Regulation. However, this law still needs to be approved by the European Commission, but we are already prepared for it.

To ensure that the request for access was made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity along with the request. On this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
C. Security
We take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification.
